Holly has worked in many facets of real estate from managing retail and multifamily development projects to leading due diligence, entitlement, design and construction oversight. She also has experience with adaptive re-use, ongoing asset management, underwriting new real estate transactions and working through dispositions in many market sectors across the Country. She has taken development and value add projects from acquisition through disposition.  

Prior to forming Wire Development, Holly Collins-Garcia served as Executive Vice President for DeBartolo Development. In that capacity, she oversaw the company’s day-to-day investment and development activities.  She lead a team of professionals focused on acquiring opportunistic real estate projects for the development platform. Before DeBartolo, Holly spent six years working as a Department Manager for a nationwide engineering consultant that provides environmental and geotechnical engineering and construction materials test services. While there, she managed large scale projects during both the design and construction phases that included big box retail, college dormitories, high- and low-rise office buildings, apartments, high-rise condominiums and roadways.

As an active community member, Holly enjoys getting involved with various non-profits and spends time volunteering with the Tampa Housing Authority. Her hobbies include travel, spending time outdoors, cooking and learning guitar.
