Holly has worked in many facets of real estate — managing retail and multifamily development projects, leading due diligence, entitlement, design, and construction oversight. Her experience spans adaptive re-use, ongoing asset management, underwriting new transactions, and dispositions across market sectors nationwide.
She has taken development and value-add projects from acquisition through disposition. Prior to forming Wire, Holly served as Executive Vice President for DeBartolo Development, overseeing the company's day-to-day investment and development activities and leading the team acquiring opportunistic projects for the platform.
